Where does the product data come from?
The Tiredatabase combines EPREL, the European product database for tire labels, with about 20 directly connected manufacturers. Nearly all premium manufacturers deliver by API and are therefore up to date. Budget manufacturers often deliver through regular file imports. Where a source is incomplete, our data team adds the missing data.
Do we have to maintain product data ourselves?
No. The Tiredatabase is run centrally and you are connected to it. Price, stock and article number always come from your ERP. For every other field you decide whether the Tiredatabase may overwrite your value, for example only with data from the manufacturer or only where your field is empty.
