Visiting the website
When you open a page, the servers process technical data that your browser sends: the requested address, the time, the browser type and the IP address. This is needed to deliver the page and to protect the service.
Analytics without cookies
We measure how the website is used with Matomo. Matomo runs without cookies, IP addresses are anonymised, and no data is passed on to third parties. For this reason no cookie banner is needed.
Language choice
If you choose a language, your browser keeps this choice in a functional cookie called NEXT_LOCALE for one year. It contains only the language and is used to open the website in that language next time.
Forms
Our forms have two steps. In step 1 we store your e-mail address, the text and the time of your consent, the kind of form, the language and the page you came from. We also store a one-way hash of your IP address, from which the address cannot be restored, to limit misuse. If you stop after step 1, we delete these data after 90 days.
In step 2 we store the details you enter: name, company, country, ERP system or partner type and your message. Completed requests are deleted 24 months after the last change. Your progress between the two steps is kept in the session storage of your browser and removed when you finish or close the tab.
We use your data to answer your request. You receive a confirmation by e-mail, and our team is notified. We send marketing e-mails only if you tick the separate box in step 2. We then store the time and the exact wording of that consent. You can withdraw it at any time.
Downloads
To download a document you complete the form first. The link in the confirmation and on the page is personal to the document and works for 30 days.
Pages that do not exist
When someone opens an address that does not exist, we count the address, the referring page and the browser type, so that we can add redirects. We do not store the IP address for this.
Recipients
Your data are processed by our hosting provider and by our e-mail provider on our behalf.
Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. You can also complain to a data protection supervisory authority.
