Guide
From interface documentation to first live order: the ERP integration guide
What we need from your ERP, what we connect, and how the operation is monitored once you are live.
What you will learn
10 min read, PDF
- What the ERP interface documentation must cover
- Which data flows from the ERP to the shop, and which orders flow back
- How failed exports and interface outages are reported to your team
- How transitions work with manual imports
Step 1 of 2
What we ask for first
The complete documentation of your ERP interface. After that, the integration work is ours. A more complex ERP means more effort on our side, not a reason to rule it out.
From the ERP to the shop
- Products, dealers and accounts, including open items, cheques and revenue targets
- Special prices, promotions and bundles
- Delivery options with lead time and shipping cost
- Delivery notes and invoices as documents
From the shop to the ERP
Orders and call-offs go back to the ERP automatically. New dealers register in the shop, your team creates the customer in the ERP, and the account is picked up automatically. The ERP stays the leading system.
Monitoring
If an interface fails or an order export fails, your team gets an e-mail at once, with the order details. For transitions there are manual imports for sales data, orders, products and users.
Go-live in stages
Connectors for 8 systems are ready, including SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Priority, Salesforce. The shop starts with a small group of dealers and opens in stages.
