Step 1 of 2
The idea
The platform does not start for all dealers at once. A small group of friendly dealers uses it first. You learn fast, fix what needs fixing and gain the first internal references.
The two weeks
- Choose 5 to 10 dealers who will try the shop and give honest feedback.
- Hold an introduction workshop with each participant.
- Offer a small incentive for the test period. We recommend 1 to 5 percent discount.
- Run the launch for about two weeks.
- Close with a feedback workshop.
What to watch
- Dealer accounts created
- Share of the customer base
- Time to the first order
- Weekly active dealers
- Online share compared with offline orders
After the first two weeks
The rollout continues in stages with clear numbers, so that every step shows whether usage grows.
